The CATS project tries to make sure that synthetic problem generators and real-life problem instances are available free and without a license for non-commercial use, provided that the associated copyright notices appear in all copies. However, the final responsibility of for the use of the generators and the instances remains with the user.
References and links to software, journal articles, and other resources, are provided for information purposes only. Some of these are commercial products or have restricted use. We expect the users to obey all rules and conditions associated with the material pointed to by CATS.
